About Askllora.com
Askllora.com is a blog focused on web development. By that we mean targeting those that fall under the category of ‘internet guru’, ‘web developer’, ‘freelancer’, ‘designer’, ‘coder’, and ’slacker’.

This blog will focus on blogging about website design, development tips, advice for amateur developers, business tips, client relations, and everything else that has helped me become successful in the web development field.

Caution:
This blog is not one of those “How to make $27,000 in one month” blogs. The tips and advice offered here will help you make a successful and talentful career in web design and web development. As long as you don’t sit there and waste time checking your email every 30 seconds, opening up every new feed that arrives, or watching random junk on youTube, you’ll make something successful out of yourself. All you need to do is ASK!

About Myself
My name is Alex K. and I am a dedicated web designer and coder, Wordpress user-coder-designer,  internet user, businessman, and still a learner. Prior to launching this website I considered myself a freelancer, but now consider myself the founder of AlloraWeb Studios, a company I started in order to open new windows of opportunity for myself in the business world. I’m very open to people I meet and spend time in real life (yes, I do have a real life) and particularly enjoy meeting others in my field that are successful and hearing how they make it through their day.

My personal interests lie in developing personal websites either by myself or with company partners. The sites I build range in very different markets. This is a good and bad habit. The good part of it is I get to experience the different markets which allows me to focus my design career in other areas beside corporate design. The bad part of it is that I get too many ideas and if you’re like me, you know how devastating this can be.

As of 2008, I am enrolled in Eastern Washington University as a Senior double-majoring in Health Service Administration as well as in Human Resource Management. I get this question a lot. Why in the world am I majoring in these two fields when I could major in a computer science field? My reason for this is that I really love business, administration, and getting paid for doing nothing. Majoring in Human Resource Management was a field I decided to take in order to achieve this.

Why Health Service Administration? One secret about the business world is that there is always a job in the medical field. While web development has a promising future, health and medicine fields are always in high regard when it comes to job security.

I think that’s enough for now. For more information about myself, this blog, and how it all got started, see my first post.
